We booked a three-night stay at the Westin Richmond. Upon arrival, the elderly gentleman at the door, who appeared to be the butler, looked at us as if we were out of place and didn't offer any assistance with our bags. It felt like there was a lack of consideration. However, Tony at the front desk was fantastic, and the ladies on the club floor were exceptional, making our stay even more convenient. We did request extra towels from the front desk, but they never arrived, so we ended up asking a housekeeping staff member for help. On a positive note, the keypad-controlled movement was impressive.

Great hotel in convenient location for NY/FLa drive if prefer a more upscale hotel close to halfway; it's only a couple of exits west off i95 with free self parking. The rooms have been updated recently with very comfy bedding, and while it is right by the i64 it was super quiet absolutely no outside noise. Also, it's nice that it has a lounge on 7th floor for quick plat breakfast. Overall, great night off rest, which is exactly what I needed!! I've already put in reservation for next time I'll be making the trip ?

The poor concierge called a number of times for refill on whatever food there was earlier, but nobody responded from the kitchen. Car dealerships have better offerings in their service lounge. There's nothing executive about this lounge as it's underwhelming to... read full review
