    I am so grateful to have found The Well. I came to them after years of not working out and feeling completely disconnected from my own strength. From the moment I walked in, both Aubrey and Carmya made me feel seen, supported, and safe. That alone meant more than I can ever put into words.

    Aubrey, the owner, is one of the kindest and most genuine people I have met. She creates a space where you feel cared for, not judged, and where you can show up exactly as you are. Her warmth and encouragement helped me believe I could actually do this again.

    My trainer, Carmya, has been nothing short of life changing for me. She is fun, uplifting, and so caring, but she also knows exactly how to push me in a way that feels empowering instead of scary. She has helped me rebuild confidence I thought I had lost forever. There have been moments in our sessions where I’ve surprised myself, and it is because she believed in me before I believed in myself.

    Both Aubrey and Carmya have been a huge part of my journey back to feeling strong, capable, and hopeful. I am forever grateful for them. I would recommend The Well to anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle but also wants to feel supported, encouraged, and understood along the way. They truly care about you, and it shows in every moment.

    Had a baby and was having knee, hip and just overall pain while running and working out! Cody has helped so much! He has taught me the right way to lift, fun new ways to work on my strength and how to avoid injury! He’s the best!

    In 2018...i was in a high stress job...i thought i was in shape but my blood pressure and cholesterol were creeping up. I was 61 years old and knew i needed to do something. I found Aubrey online and went to her studio to meet her. I talked...she listened...she asked questions...i could tell right away this was good. I started working with Aubrey right away. She developed a plan for me tailored to my needs. I went to the studio once a week for over a year. Aubrey pushed me hard but most importantly she was encouraging inspiring and a leader. I followed her program and the results speak for themselves. I am now 68...my blood pressure and cholesterol are normal...i feel great!! I still follow Aubrey's plan and she's always there to answer questions....give you a high five...and keep you going. if you need a real personal coacah...i can higly recommend Aubrey and her program. If you need to feel better...lose weight...get in shape...whatever your goals are she will listen and help you get there..Don't delay..it's your health !!

    I have been battling weight gain for years and tried so many things that would work for a while, but then I would find myself right where I started. Frustrated, I did one more google search for a personal trainer in a private setting and found The Well. I went and met with Aubrey and my official journey began. I have now been working out with KZ, one of the top notch trainers at The Well for a full year this week. I have a long way to go, but have definitely started my journey to a happier healthier life. Thanks to this wonderful, private, non-judgemental facility, change has really happened for me. I have lost some weight and started to transform my body, but also my mind. I am forever grateful and happy to have made The Well part of my journey today and in the future. Thank you all so much and especially to the amazing patience of my very talented trainer, KZ!

    Sam Carr is absolutely amazing! He works with you at your pace and is fixing the issue with my knee. Sam is very knowledgeable about strengthening and mobility. He has done what chiropractors and physical therapy could not for me. Eternally grateful that I met this young man. Mind, body, and spirit are definitely taken care of at The Well.

    I had the pleasure to work with a few trainers here. The owner Aubrey has a phenomenal vetting process and hires excellent people. Communication is free and open so that the best routines can be found for you and progress towards goals will be monitored and celebrated.

    Really love and value the service received from The Well. Between my personal trainer as well as his manager, they have been very supportive in my workout and health journey. I have been forced to truly take a large amount of accountability with things, & that's been the bigger reality more than anything else. I'm more grateful than anything that I'm able to truly put myself in the driver's seat in betterment. Nearly a year and a half, & I'm feeling better. It all comes down to me, which my trainer reminds me time & time again.

    My amazing fitness coach has helped me get off the couch and regain my fitness after the COVID-19 outbreak and my battle with breast cancer. Her knowledge and guidance have allowed me to focus on my goal of becoming physically stronger. Consequently, I am now ready to pursue my aspiration of hiking a stretch of the Appalachian Trail at the age of 60!

    If you're considering personal training, The Well is definitely the studio to consider! I worked with Monique and Aubrey for about 8 months and their attention to my needs in developing my program and schedule were top notch. Not only did I start noticing the physical changes I was primarily interested in, but my mental health improved as well. Monique was flexible and great with communication, and she always lended an ear if I needed to ask questions about form, but also if I just needed to vent or talk about life! I'm so glad I invested in sessions here and happily recommend ?

    Amazing place to get back into the swing of things without going crazy. The trainers are so encouraging and push you to keep going. They support your mental and physical health which is amazing and they have the sweetest dog that comes in sometimes ? I'm already feeling stronger and like I can stick with the pace, which is new for me! Very excited to keep going.
