I am so thankful for The Cleaning Authority! They send me automated reminders when my cleaning is scheduled, communicate approximate timing of arrival through their app, and let me know when the cleaning is complete. The friendly employees take pride in their work and leave my home clean and looking its best! By far, this is the best cleaning company experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!

Even though we don't have the same crew every time, it's hard to tell because the cleaning is consistent. If there is ever an issue or something was missed, Cathy and her teams address it quickly. I appreciate the level of customer service and the friendliness of the entire staff. I'll also add that they work quickly while not missing the essentials.
