Live here currently. Posting anonymously, my name is not aleks nor is this my face. leaving a 3 star review because of the cost to live here, its cheaper and in a great location. They claim they have historic tax credits so they cant change the flooring, or add skylights to the roof, but their tax credit period has ended and they are allowed to make any change they want to the building. Highly suggest if you do live here, to get a unit with windows until they do something about the completely interior units with natural light. TO DR GOMEZ, that is not dirt you are picking up, these are the original concrete floors, and concrete begins to deteriorate after a while. They... read full review
