First off, this is my first time ever being serviced at a Take 5 facility. I initially went in with my brother-in-law for an oil change service. Kenny, who I found out at the end of my service was the assistant manager checked several different items, including cabin, air filter, engine, air filter, windshield wipers, and additional fluid to make sure that I'm safe and successful when leaving the facility. There were multiple items that I needed taken care of which we did indeed get taken care of while we were there. The staff was absolutely amazing! There was a little wait but they made it worth it by just being very polite and respectful. The services they provided were very thorough and they let me know what was best for my vehicle. This was my first time going here, but won’t be my last!
Just wanted to update since my first visit 8 months ago, this has been my preferred provider for my oil changes. I do drive a lot so I probably go more often than most. I just went again yesterday and once again, AMAZING service!! I had an awesome experience at Take 5 the other day. The guys were super knowledgeable, seemed to genuinely care about my car, and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
