I loved my hair. I only got a very quick style with just two braids at a very low cost!! Hard to find that these days! Very satisfied! I was told to be there at one time and the stylist came over an hour later but it was worth the wait!!!

Sophie and the staff are very hard working, to assure that each customer is satisfied with the service that they received. Sophie show's concern for everyone that walks through the door. Great experience ? I recommend Sophie's African-Hair Braiding to anyone that's looking for black natural hair care.

The absolute best shop in the city and i know my city. sophie is the owner she braids iite but she should most definitely clean up a little better. when i first came i was a little concerned because she said someone else was going to do my hair. the woman who did do my twists was an American and she was the most professional, talented, str8 up the most down to earth braider i ever had slay my hair. her name is tresha i will never forget it. she is the best yall. if you are smart you will goto her. she might be american in an african shop, but she is the real braid queen of VA. and ill bet on it( better than all shop owners and workers hands down)
