No one answers the phone or replies to emails or voicemails. They have no lobby and customer service is non-existent to even be terrible. Wish the VA sent me elsewhere. I am just trying to get my results!

Dr. Julius and Leah are an unstoppable team. Last week I called in to the office to get a refill sent in for one of my medications. Leah told me that Dr. Julius had already faxed it in to the pharmacy! So I call the pharmacy to set up my shipment, only to have them tell me they haven’t received it. A day later I call the office again, and Dr. Julius sends in another fax. The weekend passes and I call the pharmacy, only to have them tell me they still haven’t received it. I have appreciated how much this office, both Dr. Julius and office manager, Leah have advocated for me in my efforts to obtain a new CPAP machine. We have struggled with the insurance company to cover a revised sleep study and a much needed new CPAP machine. Dr. Julius and Leah have gone above and beyond to provide the information that was required to have these covered by insurance. I am grateful for their efforts.
