What a beautiful place. The minute you walk in the door, you can feel the stress melting away. I received a massage from Oliver that was just incredible. The lounge spaces were wonderful and the staff was so attentive. Can't recommend this Richmond gem highly enough!
I had such a wonderful experience at Skin by HC. From the moment I walked in on a Saturday afternoon as a walk-in guest, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The environment was peaceful, calming, and exactly what I needed.
What impressed me most was how Oliver, my massage therapist, was able to identify my problem areas without me even mentioning them. That level of attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit.

Absolutely lovely experience. Every element was thoughtfully curated to create a space for relaxation. This was executed beautifully by their wonderful team. Everyone was SO kind. I cannot recommend this space enough. 10/10
