I am very sad about the loss of my college buddy. As normal, I submitted a text and it took me 30 minutes. Needless to say this was VERY frustating!I am very good at this type if thing. When I phoned the home to register my complaint and constructive criticism, I spoke with Ms. Bertha who was very defensive and told me over and over that her experience when doing this was good and Noone ever said such. Well, most people do NOT take the time to register challenged especially at sad times!Instead, of being defensive and insulted, please take the time to INVEST in goodand competitivesoftware.
