it was good service my mom took my daughter to the salon though the braids are tight making my daughter having headaches and having me to take them out and redo the from of her hair because of how bad it's hurting her...
Good costumer service but they don't do what you ask for, the braids are to tight, they dorm clean their combs and stuff, no blow drying based off my daughter's experience

They do excellent work. This is my second braiding. The technician was friendly. The prices are reasonable. Hair is included wash is not. Parking is limited. Call 15 mins before so they are waiting on you. Be clear on the style and price you want. I pay in cash. They should consider automating appointments and receipts. I would visit them again.

I went back to this hair braiding place because they did a good job braiding my hair. What I didn't like was how they treated me when it was time to pay. They take cash only and did not communicate this when I made the appointment. I had to go to the ATM next door to pay them. Nevermind the fact they overcharged, because they didn't wash my hair. I called a few weeks later to have my braids tighten and I asked how much it would cost and was quoted $80. I communicated with then earlier in the day that I would be 15 minutes late and she said no problem. I get there and she has someone in her chair and waited over an hour.
