I called to get them to finish some work they had started only to find out that they had went out of business.

Had RVA Plumbing come over to repair a sewage leak which still leaks after service was done called them to report the issue and was told they do not have any plumbers available and was thinking of shutting down. Terrible experienceService: Plumbing leak detection

I had a good experience. From initial call, they were very responsive and helpful... listening to my concern regarding my toilet and addressing my questions on cost and next steps. They were extremely communicative... scheduling for next day service, confirming appointment, calling 30 minutes before arrival, confirming payment, etc. The plumber was knowledgeable and immediately knew what to address, and it was fixed with ease.
