I was here for the first time. My experience was very very good. Unfortunately I did forget the doctor's name that took care of me as I do apologize. However, my doctor was top notch. Very pleasant, fun, easy to get along with. This is a place I will go back to for my next appointment. I highly recommend this place. It's clean inside. The people are well mannered and respectable and it felt like this is the eye doctor I should have had a long time ago. Highly recommend five stars

Dr. Gorman spent plenty of time with me talking about my dry eyes and things to do to help. The poor girl out front is a saint, I had at least 20 frames trying to decide which ones I wanted. I finally decided, she measured my eyes and all the things and poor girl had to put all those frames back. I felt terrible for doing that to her, but she was so nice and said she is worse than that when selecting frames. Everyone was super nice, I love it here.

Been going to Dr. Rainier for 20 years. He is a complete professional and is the best in Richmond. His staff is amazing as well and they have a lot to do with the experience and care given.
