The RPM team installed an aftermarket CarPlay screen and a digital mirror for my Cybertruck a couple months ago. Prior to finding RPM, I called around town to lots of other businesses and no one had interest in touching a Tesla modification job so I was feeling hopeless. I called RPM on my way to work one morning (before business hours) expecting to leave a voicemail and surprisingly someone answered and passed a message along for me. Tom got back to me the same day with a quote. The price was fair and the job was a quick turnaround. This was a first time install for them for both devices and the task at hand was quite intimidating to me but they tackled it fearlessly and it turned out great. I did have an issue with the rearview mirror (not their fault though) that caused some minor problems so I took it back and Tom and his team diagnosed and fixed it the same day to my satisfaction. For context, my biggest fear in working with any new service business is not the installation process, rather it's the fear of how they might handle fixing any issues that arise, but Tom and his team made sure they fixed the job and didn't charge anything for the fix despite it taking a couple extra hours. They completely resolved the problem. I highly recommend this business and would use them again if I ever need them for future projects. These are good people who made me feel respected and appreciated and did a great job. Will post pics below.
