About Richmond Auto Repair & Towing
Richmond Auto Repair & Towing is a full-service auto repair shop that specializes in a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair services. They service all makes and models. Customers praise the shop's amazing guys, fantastic service, and great service, with one reviewer noting that a job that would have taken their previous mechanic a week was completed in an afternoon. The business is also commended for its caring approach, with staff going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, such as providing refreshments and checking other tires during a roadside tire replacement. They were efficient and took care of cars effectively and in a timely manner. They were kind enough to take vehicles same day and diagnose them, and discovered other issues that could have caused a greater failure later. Once complete with the maintenance they went WAY above and beyond to deliver cars and even throw in a few bucks for gas. They are very easy to communicate with and provided excellent customer service and very transparent with fees.

My 2004 Chevy Tahoe broke down in Richmond and my family was stuck. I was concerned we wouldn’t get the best help to repair it. I was concerned for nothing because Richmond Auto and Towing was the Best we could have asked for. They gave the best customer service we ever experienced. They explained everything, their prices were reasonable, and the work was of the highest quality. This Lady knows what she is doing on the mechanic side as well as the Business side. Do yourself a favor and call them when you need any mechanical help. They are beyond Awesome!!!
