I had a new electric water heat installed today (Monday, 6/15/20) by Jeff who did an excellent, professional job. On Friday, June 12, Tony Hutchinson did the necessary water restoration, and he came back today to make certain that all was well and the floor was ready for the installation process. On Thursday, June 13, Ted came to determine what the problem was and how it could be taken care of. His inspection was very thorough, and the solution was to install a new hot water heater. When Ted came, he was wearing a mask and presented his business card. I feel all technicians need to do this. I especially liked that they brought their own cleanup materials and upon completion they took all trash with them instead of stuffing all in my outside trash toter. All three were professional, thorough, and courteous. Good job, Roto Rooter of Richmond, VA!!
