We needed a dumpster last minute and then we needed multiple empty and returns and additional dumpsters they were able to take care of us very quickly. They have exceeded our expectations. Absolutely the best company we have ever worked with and we work throughout the United States we need more companies like River City Rubbish LLC! If I could give a 10 star review I would!
I cannot say enough nice words! The previous company I hired to deliver a dumpster stood me up with NO phone call. I had to call them to find out it wasn't being delivered. Two family members had driven 2 hours to help me fill the dumpster and no dumpster. River City Rubbish to the rescue! They delivered that same afternoon with kind customer service recognizing the urgency of my situation. The gal in the office is awesome. She gave me competitive pricing and answered all my questions and concerns. I would absolutely hire them again. 5 stars all the way!
We have been using River City Rubbish for many years and have had excellent service from them. A few years ago there was a situation where a driver accidentally damaged one of our trailers while making a pickup. I sent them an email with photos and the information on the cost to repair. They covered that cost for us.
I believe what we do when mistakes are made is what really matters, and I’m very thankful to have a relationship with a company who feels the same way. Highly recommend doing business with this local company!
