I cannot say enough nice words! The previous company I hired to deliver a dumpster stood me up with NO phone call. I had to call them to find out it wasn't being delivered. Two family members had driven 2 hours to help me fill the dumpster and no dumpster. River City Rubbish to the rescue! They delivered that same afternoon with kind customer service recognizing the urgency of my situation. The gal in the office is awesome. She gave me competitive pricing and answered all my questions and concerns. I would absolutely hire them again. 5 stars all the way!
We have been using River City Rubbish for many years and have had excellent service from them. A few years ago there was a situation where a driver accidentally damaged one of our trailers while making a pickup. I sent them an email with photos and the information on the cost to repair. They covered that cost for us.

I have never communicated with a company whose customer service, response, Billing and service in the field that can match River City. Brandi is the true definition of customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough.
