I want to thank Bobby and the rest of the team members for completing this job, fast and friendly! Me and bobby had met before but I can say his team is dialed in! I left for work at 9am and they had it all completed before I got home that day! Everything was as I left it! I got to meet a couple of his team! They are great to work with and very nice!

I contacted River City on Monday for a mid season check up (I was not an existing customer). They were able to schedule me for Wednesday! The office called me that day to let me know that the technician, Danny, was running a few minutes late. Danny then called me with an ETA. Once he arrived he went straight to work checking out my 2 systems. I did not want to be in his way, but he wanted me to see what he was doing and explained everything to me as he did it (very informative and had never been done previously). I can’t say enough about the customer service provided my River City. They are prompt, polite, and always willing to answer even my simplest questions. Today it was raining hard and I was expecting a rescheduling phone call to check my AC, but they showed up early and did the service, holding an umbrella. I trust River City for all my HVac needs because they explain why I need the work done and don’t overcharge me for unnecessary work.
