I was very nervous about taking my dog to get groomed. I was so scared her coat would get chopped up. They did the BEST job I’ve ever seen on a shorter hair dog. I will be returning every time!! Thank you all so much for being so kind and gentle with my dog!
Professional, friendly, kind and they do an excellent job with my hair. Me and my mom recently located to Richmond and she is very particular about my hair. Best groomer ever! I take Jake and Oliver for full grooms with short-all-over cuts. They come out looking perfect! All the employees are friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. So happy I found Ridge Dog Shop!
