Someone sideswiped me in a parking garage on Cary Street and took off without leaving a note. I was dealing with the police report and trying not to lose it when Richmond Towing's accident towing driver pulled up and just handled everything calmly. He loaded my car onto the flatbed and secured the damaged side panel so nothing would fall off during transport. The driver dropped it at the body shop my insurance adjuster recommended over on Mechanicsville Turnpike and made sure I had a receipt for the claim.
