I started seeing Dr Donovan about a year and a half ago and could not be happier. I was looking for a new PCP and am so glad to have found her. She spends a lot of time with me, really listens, and is extremely kind. I’ve had to change my meds a few times and she’s always worked with me to find the best treatment. I recommend her often to friends who are looking for a doctor who is thorough, compassionate and easy to talk to. Her nurse Melina is awesome, and is great at responding to calls and messages in a timely manner when you’re having an issue or waiting on labs. The entire practice is clean, modern and efficient. I have been coming to this practice since 2016. When my PCP retired, I was tentative about trying someone new, but I am glad I stayed on as a patient.
I can't give Dr. Kate Donovan enough praise! She is thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She provides you her full attention, asks probative questions, and provides clear treatment options and advice.
The office itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Front staff are capable, but could be a little friendlier.

I've worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years and this is one of the best primary care clinics I've set foot in. Starting with the front desk staff, to the intake staff, provider and all the way to the check-out staff...a first rate patient experience. Offering both online scheduling and virtual visits makes access to care far better than most of it's competitors, and has saved me a few urgent care trips. Plenty of parking availability plus a large, comfortable waiting room coupled with an onsite lab makes it a very patient friendly experience. Clinicians and staff all have great bedside manner and I'd advise anyone living in the RVA area... read full review
