Haircut in the end was fine, but I was getting my hair tugged the entire time - idk the scissors, or razors weren't sharp but it kinda hurt. Kinda pricey and barber wasnt getting my vibe that I wasnt feeling like talking that day.

Best service I've had in awhile. Refreshing to have someone engaging, respectful and treat you like a paying customer. The cut was clean and quick, and kept great conversation. (Decent price too) Will be back for sure!
October 2021
I was in Richmond for work and needed a haircut. For some reason, the front door of the business is locked. There is a sign pointing to the left saying the entrance to "Cuts by Kim" is to the left. So Razors is really Cuts by Kim and you have to enter by the back door which is accessible from the entrance to the adjacent office building. Haircut was ok but she charged $28, which is much higher than I've paid at any other barber shop, including in NYC. Maybe this is normal for Richmond, but I don't know.
