We’ve had a really great experience working with Pool Crafters.
Thomas, the owner, has been great to work with. He takes the time to talk through options and looks at the bigger picture instead of just quick fixes. He stays in touch and really cares about getting things done right.
Will runs the showroom and has been super helpful anytime I’ve needed something. Hannah has been great too. Whenever I’ve stopped in, both of them take the time to answer questions and make sure I have what I need.
David, one of their senior technicians, really knows what he’s doing. He’s easy to work with, explains things clearly, and you can tell he has a lot of experience.

Thomas & Will actually care about you and your pool! They don't sell you things you don't need! Excellent service and they have taught us new things about our new home's pool system. Friendly. Great prices. I drive over 30 miles one way to go to this pool store and it's 💯% worth every mile and minute of my time! They are the BEST! 👏🏼

This company came out when we were in a pinch to get our pool up and running for us. Their technician David was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you from Beulah pool. We don't know what we have done without you
