Neat Sweep has been taking care of our fireplace since the purchase of our home…5 yrs. We are always ready to throw some logs on the fire or God forbid the power go out heat our home without fear that there will be a problem. Always polite. Always timely with a smile. And NEAT is how they leave my fireplace area when they are done. This time it was 2 days after the storm..no set backs or delays…right on time. Thank you. See you next year.

We had an amazing experience with Jett & team at Neat Sweep! From the initial quote to the consistent communication and of course the high quality, diligent work, at a super reasonable rate to boot — 10/10! We are so grateful because other companies said they would need to get a scaffolding company, or a lift, and maybe even a permit for a partial road closure, to do the work, but Jett and team were able to do it safely without all that. They were awesome, I would recommend them to anyone needing high quality, friendly chimney work at a great rate!

I called Neat Sweep for expedited service and a second opinion during the sale of my home. I was in a time crunch, and very stressed after another “supposedly reputable” chimney service give me an outrageously high quote for repair and cleaning of chimneys. Nick came within two days, and spent considerable time and care in evaluating the chimneys, pellet stoves and furnace. In a professional manner he explained his findings, reviewing the needs for repairs for safety versus maintenance needs .
