Great service. Technician (Donni) kept me informed throughout the process. The time to get a tire ordered was quite long (5days). Not very practical.when you can't repair the tire on aVistiq. Inventory should be kept at the dealership to lessen downtime.

When I requested a service appointment on short notice, it was squeezed in by Donnie Meyers, who has been my contract for the last eight years at Moore Cadillac. Service was performed quite quickly. I was reading and relaxing in the showroom, when Donnie came to let me know the service was complete. A very nice personal touch. My car was already brought around after being serviced and cleaned up as well, from the bad weather. I always find coming here for service is a pleasant experience.

Donnie was my service agent and he was completely awesome. The communication was, He was able to do the work and return my vehicle quickly despite it having a major overhaul, and everyone at the dealership was friendly. I would definitely use more Cadillac in Richmond again.
