Donnie is very helpful. I left 4 stars not 5 due to making the appointment. I was told two weeks. I was able to get in touch with Donnie and told me to drop it off the same day. It was also nice my car was washed and vacuumed. I will see you in 6 months for service.

5-star customer service. I worked with Sylvester and Dino to purchase my vehicle. They are men of their word. I traveled from Baltimore to Richmond to pick up this vehicle. The price was what we discuss and not a penny more. The vehicle was cleaned, gassed up and ready to go when I got there. One of the smoothest transactions I've ever experienced at a dealership.
