Dr Akers is one of the best in the country. She is very understanding and takes care of all her patients with top tier care. She doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile and that’s what I love most about being a patient. If your looking for a sign this is it !

Turned up 15 minutes before appointment to get a message she wouldn't be in the office until an hour after my original appointment time so had to stand and wait in a hall for an hour.Pharmacy below just as bad. Had a flu shot in a storage room from a man that wasn't wearing gloves.Second appointment to pick up my forms had to wait an hour again for her to even show up.Said she'd be emailing me a copy of my vaccination records and medical exam information, have been messaging her constantly as I haven't received them and have been completely ignored. Medical exam was 2 months ago and haven't gotten what I was told I'd be receiving.

Service was great, staff was very good, very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very professional and informative. There was great follow up of care. I would truly recommend this doctor to everyone.

Best visit I have had in a long time!! The receptionist was professional, caring and informative. My visit with Dr. Akers was equally matched with her staff! She delivered very professional medical services and added a personal touch with the advice for my ongoing medical issues. Dr.Tania Akers-White , I have personally rated as the top doctor in RVA. I have been a satisfied patient of hers for over three years. If you value your time and also getting your prescriptions on a timely basis this is not the place for you. I am still waiting for what I asked for several weeks ago after 4 trips to CVS. Do yourself a favor find another doctor.
