Whereas I live at Riviera on Semmes, my granddaughter lives Green Street Apts in Portsmouth VA. She has made her third move within Legend Property. This shout out is for Scott the maintenance angel. Scott is absolutely amazing. My granddaughter is a first time mom with twins so trying to maneuver in life is stressful but her home is the least of her worries because of Scott. He's always on time, professional, and respectful. I know this first hand because I travel to Portsmouth on a regular basis. Scott goes beyond to make sure my granddaughter and great great grandsons are comfortable and secure. Thank you so so much Scott/Legend Property.
I lived in Lofts at Shockoe Slip, the apartment was ok, I started with a major roach infestation that they felt I was being dramatic about until they came and saw all the roaches on my own traps. Then the sky light leaked I put in two work orders which they claimed they fixed but I have cameras and no one ever came in so I know they lie. When I moved out I realized that leave kept on and ruined several of my things. I know I was paying cheap so I expected some of this what I am most shocked about is that they sent me a letter saying I’ll get my deposit back HOWEVER 60 days later nothing. It’s a great place to live In the Downtown district.the apartments are clean and up to date
The lobby and gym is cool for lounging and working out .
The office is always helpful and Ms Kim and Staff is always helpful and always striving to make sure any issues are dealt with on time and time f they can’t get to the problem immediately,they will call you and make sure you know that the issues isn’t on the back burner
I would recommend Pilot Place as a 5 star apartments
