I ❤ the Owners!!! They're down-to-earth, Genuine people. Sometimes Mr. Vinny can be "Brutally Honest" and an "Undercover Comedian," while Mrs. Vinny (idk the wife's name, but the Respect for her is definitely EARNED), she can "Shock & Awe" with her Unassuming WIT!! But their talents and skill set speaks VOLUMES, just off of the willingness of customers to wait for them, Specifically!!!I've watched just the two of them clear a waiting list of 10+ in less than 2-3 hours; all the while services rendered from pedicures, full sets, fill-ins, overlays, manicures, eyebrow waxing and lash installments (most clients rcvd 2 of these svcs or more, as well). I went to L.A. Nails October 7 on the recommendation of someone I saw with the cutest Halloween nails. I was able to walk right in mid-morning on a Thursday and sit down with the Halloween nail technician. She, another lady, and a gentleman staffed the shop. I am so pleased with the Halloween nails I got. It's been 2-1/2 weeks and they still look great and I get lots of complements on them. I have had no problems with them at all. The nail tech took great care to produce a quality product. She really seemed to enjoy doing Halloween nails and said they are her favorite. I plan to go back tomorrow for a fill. I arrived at 930 and i was the first in the chair on a Saturday. I got a fill with my nails cut down (typing job). It took about an hour. The nail tech made no small talk. My nails came out ok. More people came in for eye lashes than nails.
