Maintenance man James does a great job communicating and working on repairs in a very timely manner and I haven’t had a problem since he started working on things at my place. My fridge broke earlier this year and he came the next day and fixed it while I was at work and saved me from having to throw hundreds of dollars of food out. My dryer also was breaking and he came in and assessed the situation and found I needed a new washer/dryer unit and I got it in the next day. Last year someone else had worked on the dryer and “fixed” it but shortly after it was messed up again! Very glad to be in good hands, I’ll definitely be renewing my lease.

The apartment in Remuda is very nice In the office, my experience with me, Liseth has been very attentive to every detail, as have the maintenance guys, I am very responsible and polite, Ivis and Rubén
