I've been a patient at Jencare for over a decade because the doctors and staff are the best. They genuinely care for their patients. They do not rush you, and they listen. I Highly recommend Jencare Neighborhood Medical Center to any senior citizen that wants to be well cared for and respected. My Dr. Nancy Chorba is definitely one of the best, and I'm willing to share her even though she's busy, she'll find time to take care of you!?!! Thank you Jencare for caring!

I have been going to Jen Care Senior Care many years now and they have been nothing but courteous and prompt meeting my needs thoroughly. The staff has been like a family to many patients They have improved their service through the years, such as Communication, appointment reminders, prescriptions, referrals and return calls. Many locations also have Programs and Health specialist for Seniors. I have been impressed by the way they handle things .
When my doctor retired after 30 years, I researched where to go for my senior needs. A friend of mine suggested an insurance agent and he in turn highly recommended Jen Care, who he was very familiar with, since I only live 3.37 miles from the Hull St. location . I have also been a big supporter of Jen Care Senior Care. A few years ago, I called my Jen Care physician about symptoms I was concerned about. She told me to come in and had an ambulance waiting in case it was a stroke. They immediately took me to the hospital having a T.I.A. If transportation for an appointment is a problem, getting to Jen Care, they provide that also .They were more than on top of things during COVID-19. If someone needs to choose a senior provider, Jen Care at the Hull Street location is an excellent choice!

The staff at JenCare genuinely care about their clients and are professional in their treatment. They know how to smile!! Life is too short not to ☺

Generally I experience the best quality of care I can expect from my primary care physician and the attending nurses. The exception was experienced during my last visit. A number of nurses all called in sick that day and there were a number of walk/in patients that afternoon and that made it hard to stay on schedule so everything was delayed. Everyone still tried to be pleasant but I could tell everyone was a bit harried.
