We had an appointment but still ended up waiting. I don't remember the ladies name who did my pedicure. But she was not happy. And was using the drill bit to get off my gel polish and ran the drill off my nail onto my toe. Which scared and hurt. Then she asked if I wanted polish which I said no, she rolled her eyes and continued to work. Then asked if I wanted scrub on my legs. I said no she rolled her eyes again. She didn't shape my toes, or even the clip them all even . I came home and had to fix them. I probably won't be back
I absolutely love this place and always go back. I've tried other places and have always ended uo back here in between not getting my nails done. John the owner is absolutely amazing and is very personable. His work is wonderful and he does my nails the perfect length I have to keep them for work. Helen is also great I use to see her several years ago and she does outstanding work as well. Moon is great as well and does a wonderful pedicure! Thanks JD Nails your so great 👍
Katy is absolutely amazing! She has been doing my nails for years, and she is the only person I trust with them. Her work is always beautiful, consistent, and done with so much attention to detail.
What I love most is how welcoming she is. Every time I walk through the door, she immediately offers me a drink and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. It’s the little things like that that make the experience so special.
Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. I always leave loving my nails and looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Katy to anyone looking...read full review
