I was very pleased with how my nails turned out. I will definitely go back. But, there were 2 things that I wasn't pleased with. All of the other customers were offered a drink. But, I wasn't. Also, I observed other customers and what designs and colors they were getting which was either more elaborate then mine or the same. They were charged $20 less then mine. Maybe because it was the first time I was there and they k new i didn't know any better or what? I don't know. But, one lady had a pedicure and a full set of nails and was charged $110. My full set of nails with French manicure and designs on 4 nails was $75 by itself

I have been to several nail salons through the years and I'm here to say this one is the BEST! Nancy is my nail tech and she's personable, professional and does beautiful work! The employees all seem very happy, engaging with each other AND customers, which says alot for the ownership. Plenty of parking in a parking lot at the shopping center. The shopping center is on Midlothian Tnpk., very near the Powhite Pkwy entrance and hey, there's a Dunkin Donuts at the entrance of the shopping center. JD Nails takes walk-in's but I highly suggest making an appt.

First time using this salon and I am not disappointed. Moved to Chesterfield almost a year ago and it’s been hard not having a regular salon to go to. It was my husband, granddaughter, and myself we had a total of 3 pedicures- 2 manicures- full set of acrylic and we all got gel paint. We were serviced very quickly- we arrived when they opened; however they filled up quickly. It was a legit organization, the crew moved quickly and respectfully to get everyone worked on in a timely fashion. I was pleased with my pedicure and manicure and will be returning. Big thanks to Sally, Helen, and Kelvin- they definitely went above and beyond to give us an excellent experience....read full review
