Great service, amazing work, and very professional. I love this salon and highly recommend it, especially for VCU students. This was my 13 year old daughter’s first time getting braids and it truly was an awesome experience. The location was easy to find, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly voices and smiles at 8am in the morning. I (as the parent) felt welcomed and attended to as they immediately offered us a seat and notified the beautician of my daughter’s arrival. Ashley was amazing! She was very friendly, gave updates of her braiding service along the way, and in my daughter’s own words, “…gave me the best hair washing I’ve ever had!” Lol.
