My dentist is great, undecided weather to get my teeth ripped out or keep my braces because whatever I put in my mouth ain’t it. But the Hispanic foreign chick at the front (used to describe her voice) got IT. Don’t ask me how to do your job. If I missed an appointment, call and ask if I’m ok. This office could run more efficiently if the staff was a little more friendly. I called to reschedule my appointment for my crown because I was sick and at the hospital all night I wanted to get rest not go straight to the dentist after already having needles stuck in me. The lady at the front desk tried being rude saying “Well we can schedule your appointment 3 weeks out so you can “Get well” and kept on saying it as if she was trying to be funny. She even proceeded to say the procedure will only take a hour instead of “Well I hope you feel better” they look at their patients as straight dollar signs. The lack of empathy and being rude will cause this business... read full review

I just went to have some extractions to begin the process of getting dentures. Some of the reviews had me pretty nervous. However, the procedure was so fast and easy. They did an amazing job numbing me up and giving it time to set in. When he finally went to pull the teeth, it was so easy and about as painless as an extraction can be. I'd also like to add that the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I'm not trying to dismiss the other reviewers experience by any means but for me, it was very pleasant and will be recommending them to others in the future. Thank you, Ideal Dental Care!
