Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, great shampoo chair, massages all the knots in your body while you get a great massage/shampoo. And a wonderfully personable stylist, Andrew! But all the team members seem great!

Haley is so kind, fun, diligent, detail oriented, and is an overall incredible hair stylist. I’ve been getting highlights for over 10 years and have moved a lot so have had a lot of different stylists, but Haley’s work has been my favorite. She does such a great job blending and is also so easy to talk to. So grateful for Haley and Hotheads!

Came here for a haircut, left absolutely disappointed. I have thick hair (and quite a lot of it), when I first came in, the hairdresser commented that I had "a balloon on my head." (My hair is a little puffy.) First warning sign, but I didn't pay too much attention to it.
After a while of sitting on that chair I put my glasses back on just to see I got a haircut that looked NOTHING like the pictures (four in total) I had shown. When I expressed my dislike for the new haircut, the hairdresser began commenting on how "tired he was" and how I had tired him out, and how I had a lot of hair to work with, again complaining that I had come in with a balloon on my head. He had also asked, in the most condescending tone, "Should I just take the clippers and shave it all off? Is that what you want?" Which was horribly rude.
One pro: we didn't get charged. Which I think is only fair because this is the type of haircut that looks like it'd be free and done in the back of a shady alleyway.

For over two years now, I’ve been a loyal patron of Hot Heads, where KEN, my preferred stylist, consistently exceeds my expectations with his intuitive understanding of my hair goals, surprising me with each haircut. Additionally, GREG, another skilled stylist, delivered stunning highlights about 2 years ago, that garnered numerous compliments at both work and among friends. Entrusting my hair to HALEY for a Balayage this afternoon, despite being a new stylist to me, proved to be an excellent change, as she impeccably transformed my hair, leaving me enamored with the result. Hot Heads is undeniably the epitome of excellence in hair services, boasting a team of warm and welcoming professionals who never fail to leave me beaming with satisfaction after every visit.
