When it was determined I would need full knee replacement surgery, I knew I would need full time post nursing care in my home. John Bonner’s name was given to me by a neighbor, and I immediately called him. He owns Homewatch Care Givers of Richmond. From our first conversation, I knew this was a reliable place I could depend on. John was very helpful and professional with his advice and information. We kept in touch during the planning of my surgery. He was very flexible with the dates and times I would need help. He came to my home and met my family and myself, and I felt very safe and secure with the helpers he sent to my home each day and night. They were very thorough in explaining their services and answering our questions.Her caregivers were wonderful.
