“HCA cared for John for six years. John was happy with his care and his caregivers. Becky and the nurse would also visit him on occasion to make sure everything was in place for him. His most recent caregivers were very considerate in assisting him in eating and drinking in public, making sure he was not uncomfortable. When I called the agency regarding an issue, I always got an answer and never had to wait for someone to call me back.
I would use HCA again.“

“I was recently an ortho patient at Encompass (with which I was not all familiar). When I was rolled in, I expected to see patients in wheelchairs lining the halls. There were none; they were all in the gym receiving PT!! The staff worked me hard (enjoyed displaying my new muscles when discharged), fed me very well, and happily attended to all my needs.
