I have been going to Harvey's for more than 20 years now and have nothing but great memories to go along with my haircut! The owner James Smith, or Buddy as we call him, has always cut my hair. He is one of the BEST in Richmond!

Nice place to take my grandkids for a haircut. Todd is a great barber and we always leave happy and satisfied with his service plus the atmosphere is positive and me and my grandkids feel safe there which is a must have for me. Very family oriented place for a barbershop.
