I have never left a 5 star review from only talking to a business owner, but please read on. I left Harry a detailed message about a couple of toilets in my 4 year old home leaking from tank to bowl. I thought maybe the flapper, but when it happened to an upstairs & downstairs toilet around the same time, I panicked & thought it was maybe a plumbing system issue. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Harry’s Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a bunch of issues throughout our home - a toilet that had stopped flushing, a slow drain, shower issues, and a leaky sink. He discovered an issue with how a previous contractor had installed the toilet that was causing it to slowly leak water and quickly resolved it for us even though it was a huge pain and not part of our original scope of issues. He fixed our leaky sink almost instantly after a previous contractor had tried to convince us they’d need to order expensive parts and do a full redo of the pipes. Absolutely could not be more pleased with Harry today. I’m a first-time homeowner with a 100 year old house that went through many updates before me.
He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he taught me the ins, outs, and watch outs of the entire plumbing system. His expertise is obvious and his demeanor is wonderful.
