I recently had him update my outdated stereo in my Tacoma. I usually use the big box places but never satisfied with everything. if you or anyone is contemplating coming here. definitely do. you will not be disappointed. he was very professional and helpful with all the decisions. he even helped me with new remotes for a forgotten remote start instead of selling me something I didn't need. great company and I will definitely be a life time customer.

A few weeks back Hancheys put in a headunit, some speakers and amp and a sub in a 2010 highlander for me. Pretty straight forward project. In the coming days it was anything but straight forward. Everytime the head unit got hot from the sun hitting the dash. It would go into a protective mode and shutdown it was 100% thermal related and not his fault.
We made 3 trips back to try and rectify this. After the 2nd try he called pioneer. Changed a few things based on their recommendations. And it has worked fine since.
