GLM is an amazing insurance company. I currently use them for my job and their personal touch makes all the difference. I’ve never worked with a company that I can request a COI and receive it within the same day. It’s almost unheard of in the insurance world. Michelle is our point of contact. She’s responsive, ALWAYS friendly, and right there to help us with whatever our business needs. It means a lot for a small business like ours! We are GLM for life.

My previous agent retired and the business was purchased by a company in Maryland. The new agent just wasn't interested in helping me so I searched for an agent nearby. I couldn't be happier with deciding on GLM. They guided me through the mindfield (yes, I know it's minefield--but mindfield is what it is in this case) of the process of switching to them. I don't know how you could do better than GLM for your insurance needs, especially in this era of poor client service being the norm.GLM is top shelf!
