Well, this wasn’t the worst or the best place I have been. Would I go back? Probably not. Thankfully you can get an appointment quickly but unfortunately the quality of service provided probably won’t be worth driving to the location and sitting in the waiting room.

I have never had a problem with anything regarding staff or Dr's. When this practice first opened I have been seen by very knowledgeable staff. Dr's are very caring and follow up.

Front desk staff and those who set appointments seem to have a clear disconnect. I spent 10 mins on the phone setting an appointment for something that apparently doesn't exist at the practice. Front desk staff misread the form I need filled out and tried to charge me for unnecessary testing. There are signs noting that masks are mandatory, yet the majority of front desk staff were not wearing a mask or wearing it on their chin. The newer receptionist I worked with did everything she could to try and make things right and figured out a way to get done what I needed but this is the last time I will use this practice.
