I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his crew. Jason made sure we understood the process; the guys were friendly, worked quickly , and cleaned the work area thoroughly at the end of each day. The cost was reasonable and we are quite happy with our new system
I would absolutely recommend Freezone to a friend.
My AC went out yesterday. I had Michael and sons come out and sogood come out. Both told me it was a rip and replace. Nothing else they could do. Also told me that it was a whole unit replacement and quoted me around/above 10k.
My wife called Freezone who sent out Chris Hernandez. Within minutes he diagnosed the capacitor was dead. He replaced it for a great price and saved me thousands. Good and honest work. Any of my HVAC needs will go through FreeZone and Chris will be my go to for the calls. Very friendly, honest and took time to show me what he was doing.
Big thanks to FREEZONE and Chris who was quickly available to fix my heating issue. Not only was it affordable, Chris also explained the problem, showed me how to resolve the issue, and even offered to bring parts if I needed an emergency fix in the future. They went above and beyond. This beats any other HVAC company in the Richmond area. Honest and dependable!
