The staff here are so kind and friendly. My dog, Cosette, begins smiling and wiggling as soon as we walk in the door. It is a 'no frills' place but my dog doesn't need a pool or gym equipment. She needs a loving staff and plenty of dogs to play with. It is affordable and they will even bath her and trim her nails for me. She goes to daycare 2 days a week. Because she has so many positive interactions there, she was comfortable being boarded for a few days.

This place is amazing! I've been using the southside location since my dog was a puppy and she's 3 now. the staff are so sweet and helpful. there have been a few times where I've needed last minute lodging, and they always do their best to accommodate. my dog hates bath time and getting her nails trimmed, but will always tolerate it here. when I pull into the parking lot, my dog is practically jumping through the window of my car to get in! So needless to say my pup approves too!!

Brenda and the team at Southside were absolutely fantastic for our two dogs. Luckily, they had space for them on this busy weekend and over multiple stays they always treat them with so much care. They have been great!
