I really liked my doctor. It was quick, easy, and I learned a lot at my one appointment. Came in for an annual screening and was able to get a skin tag removed during the same appointment. The only reason for the lower rating is because the nurse or student or whoever was with the doctor handed me a card, a paper, and my skin tag that was in a little container and said I was good to go - then called after I had left and accused me of picking up the specimen and requiring that I bring it back. Now I have to go out of my way to go back to this place that is not conveniently located to me for their mistake.
I did have a good experience at forefront! All the staff was very friendly just about everyone I passed, said hi or asked how I was doing. However, I did have to wait over 20 minutes waiting on doctor to come in. She did seem to do a thorough exam and was very professional
I love my doctor Dr. Paula Torres-Laboy. She is always so pleasant and understands my needs and gives me different options in treatment. She is easy to talk to. I’m glad I finally found a dermatologist who I can trust and go to for my skin issues. Thank you 😊
