I got my hair washed/blowdried a few times at Trim and have purchased Kerastase products. On the last occasion getting a wash/blowdry, the lady left my roots wet (by about 4 inches) all around my head. It was a rushed job and I was left to leave with wet hair. I submitted a complaint by email to the salon, never heard anything back. A few months later then when I went into the Salon I brought it up, and I was told "I remember that complaint. We would have just looked at that as feedback. The only thing I can do is apologize. Nothing else we can do there". I thought this was extremely disappointing. Wasn't offered a complimentary blowdry or anything close.... read full review
