My experience with Thomas on the phone was truly exceptional. He truly exceeded all my expectations. He stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes while calling my lung doctor and sleep center doctor to get all the information that was needed to order me a rental CPAP machine because mine had stopped working. There were periods of times when we were placed on hold for a long time which Thomas spent filling out information with me and just taking with me. It got to be like we were long time friends and we shared many laughs together. It turned out to be a most enjoyable experience. Thomas Bagley has been my customer rep twice now. And he is amazing. Five stars. Always helpful. Always patient and easy to deal with. Highly recommend. As for The company, never had a problem with my order. Shipped on time and never out of stock. Glad I switched them.
