Dr. Roffis is nice, personable, funny, and compassionate. He was very kind to me during a hard time in my life and treated me like a person not a number. If you're looking for a real human being to check your eyes, he's great. I don't wear glasses, so I never have to deal with the glasses people. Some staff members are very sweet, gentle, respectful. The person at the desk is a toss up, but they are usually unfriendly and don't make you feel welcome. They are not good with communication. It's a shame how staff can ruin a practice. If you can get past some of the unfriendly staff, you'll be glad you saw Dr. Roffis.

Ordered a pair of glasses which I was told it'll be ready in a couple of weeks. Glasses came in much earlier but I was never notified.When I received my transitional glasses, I noticed they did not change to shades while driving on a sunny day. Thinking the transitioning effect was not added, I later learned from the office that they don't work in cars with UV rays windshields. I was not told this when I ordered the glasses. if I was given this info I would have not wasted my money on this useless feature that only works while outside of your vehicle.

I was greeted kindly, treated with respect and very satisfied with service. I got an eye exam and they suggested for contacts as well. I asked many questions and got an answer for every one! Clean, quiet and fast!!! Michael "Mike" Osterhoudt is great ?
