I had tips replaced on a pair of dressed pumps. After wearing the pumps to church several times a tip on one shoe fell off. I returned to the shop, explained the situation and expected a courtesy replacement. Oh no, the owner wanted $10 to replace the tip that failed to meet normal wear in a very short period of time. My family and friends have supported this business for many years. Because of the poor customer service we will no longer support this small business.

It was quick, it was precise. The job got done. He told me to wait in my car. 15 minutes later the owner brought my shoes out to the car fully repaired. Pride in one’s work still lives on.

I have taken multiple pairs of shoes to have repaired here. They do an excellent job and are professional. They were nice to work with. Although they do alterations and dry cleaning, I have never used this service, I know that the next time I something done in am taking it there.
