As someone who had never been to physical therapy before, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I couldn’t be more impressed. I came in with persistent foot pain that had stumped everyone: my primary care doctor, a podiatrist, even custom orthotics and metatarsalgia pads didn’t help. Within 10–15 minutes, Dr. Jeff had a working diagnosis that actually made sense—and best of all, it worked. I’ve only had three sessions so far, but I noticed a real difference after just two. I’m now able to run again (currently once a week), and the pain is gone.

The facility is clean, well-equipped, and there’s plenty of parking. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Even when the practice gets busy (which says a lot), you still receive personal attention and quality care. The training staff is efficient and always on point.

“I recently experienced back pain and was told I probably would need surgery. I received treatment from Dr. Lassiter and his assistant Casey several years ago and I am serious when I say that it saved my life. I began doing the exercises I learned from my treatment with Dr. Lassiter and Casey and was able to recover. When I received my treatment with them years ago, I was in great pain with my back and other doctor's solutions were injections and surgery, both of which I was not willing to do. The process was smooth and thorough. My imaging was reviewed by Dr. Lassiter; something many other doctors do not do before they want to start a treatment plan, and my treatment plan was devised and implemented right away to get me out of pain and on the road to recovery. I cannot stress enough how professional and caring both Dr. Lassiter and Casey were. They were gentle and kind and spent time with me every single time I went in, which was two times a week. They were punctual and never rushed me. As patients we oftentimes take these attributes for granted but often are treated poorly, rushed in and out. That never once happened at this practice. Casey attended to me immediately upon my arrival, began my treatment that was decided by Dr Lassiter and he always checked in on me and spent time with me providing aftercare during every visit. My specific treatment was for decompression. I want to say that under their care I found relief and comfort from this debilitating problem. I can't thank them both enough. I referred my husband and daughter to them and they too were taken care of immediately by Dr Lassiter and Casey. This is an extremely professional and knowledge practice. They are both honest and kind and helpful. Casey was also very accommodating in scheduling my appointments around my work schedule. I really can't say enough good things about this practice. We now reside in Texas but I will say that we would return to Richmond to be cared for by this team of professionals.
